Material Selection
Our company typically stocks 4003 material in 0.2mm, 0.5mm, and 0.8mm thicknesses, with 0.5mm being the most cost-effective option. For multilayer PCB boards, we recommend using RO4003 material mixed with FR4 material to reduce costs while maintaining performance. This approach uses Rogers 4003 material for the main signal layer and FR4 for other layers.
For single layer Rogers 4003 PCBs, we suggest considering China-made high frequency PCB material (F4B) as a budget-friendly alternative. This material offers DK values ranging from 2.2-10.

High Frequency Circuit Board Materials
High frequency signals require precise impedance control, which depends on conductor trace geometry, layer buildup, and dielectric constant (Er) of materials used. We process high-frequency materials with excellent properties including low loss factor, stable dielectric constant, high glass transition temperature, thermal durability, and low hydrophilic rate.
We work with Rogers and PTFE materials (including DuPont) for impedance controlled high frequency circuit boards, offering both pure material and sandwich buildup solutions for material combinations.
